With over 15 years of experience in cultural programming and placemaking, Lucy has led high-profile projects across the UK and internationally.
She specializes in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and curating impactful public art and cultural initiatives.
Fluent in French and with a global perspective, Lucy is passionate about fostering creativity and community engagement in urban and commercial spaces.
